A European photo project on the Corona crisis - 52 photographers from 48 countries show photos from all European capitals.

01: Image taken outside Zara clothes store in central Monaco as masks were being encouraged to be worn after a few weeks of lockdown.

02: Image of the newly developed “One” area of Monaco. Where all the big high end fashion houses have their stores. Normally a busy thoroughfare for shoppers and people walking from the Casino area.

03: Boulevard des Moulins, a long shopping and residential street in the heart of Monaco. It leads from the East border of Monaco all the way to the top of the Casino Gardens. Normally busy with locals and tourists alike….. no one…. Photo taken from road level and down the central street dividing line. Not a photo normally possible due to traffic.

04: The Monaco Grand Prix streets where void of stands, barriers and any cars ahead of when the Grand Prix should have taken place at the end of Mai. Normally this street “Avenue D’Ostende” would have been race prepped by now and the street would have started looking like a racing circuit. For the first time in living memory the streets where bare of the stands and barriers and on race day, no racing or F1 Cars. Instead with nature and forests so close to Monaco, the sound of Nature normally drowned out by cars and Urban noise, could be enjoyed, as birds flew over our city.

05: The Police of Monaco patrolling the streets. In Monaco we are fortunate to have a high number of Police personnel and their work was no less at this time. Ensuring that the sanitary outdoor rules where respected all over the Principality.

06: This image shows, the Boulevard du Jardin Exotique that leads towards the train station entrance. Normally very busy junction of cars coming in and leaving Monaco. Here no vehicles, which never happens never during a week day.
